Organic Ground Beef Paleo Recipe
I just love it when a ground beef recipe is simple, yet delicious enough that you’ll want to make extra portions and freeze them.
This ground beef recipe has the paleo principles you’re aiming for : protéins-vegetables-healthy fats. Make sure your protein portion isn’t bigger that the size of your hand palm.
And bonus, this recipe can also be made during a Whole30®.
The Whole30® is an effort to eliminate all food additives, colourings, alcohol,
food preservatives for a complete 30 days. As an example : liquid vanilla extract without
alcohol – verify your own bottle at home, it probably has some in it!

This minced chicken recipe (organic please!) is even better a few days after it’s been cooked. All the flavors integrate the chicken strips along with the sun dried tomatoes. It makes a real explosion of flavors in your mouth.
Zucchini Pasta or Zoodles
If you are looking for an alternative to wheat or gluten free pasta, look no more; zucchini pasta are fantabulous!
At home, to avoid wheat or even corn (OGM corn), we have tried different kinds of quinoa and rice noodles.
They tend to get boring very quickly, being too mushy and hard to cook al dente.
Of course, the spaghetti squash is always an option but we felt we need something new.
Zucchini pasta, or zoodles – a short version of zucchini noodles – are a pretty cool choice as they can be eaten raw or slightly heated.
The trick is, you have to keep them crisp.
