Organic Ground Beef Paleo Recipe
I just love it when a ground beef recipe is simple, yet delicious enough that you’ll want to make extra portions and freeze them.
This ground beef recipe has the paleo principles you’re aiming for : protéins-vegetables-healthy fats. Make sure your protein portion isn’t bigger that the size of your hand palm.

I often get the complaint that people don’t have enough time to cook healthy meals.

This minced chicken recipe (organic please!) is even better a few days after it’s been cooked. All the flavors integrate the chicken strips along with the sun dried tomatoes. It makes a real explosion of flavors in your mouth.
