Ingredients
- 1 pound organic grass-fed ground beef
- 1 small broccoli, cut in florets
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 2 to 4 jalapenos peppers, sliced (if you like it spicy or not)
- 2 tablespoon chopped or grated ginger
- 3 tablespoon coconut aminos (or gluten free tamari sauce)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and black pepper
- Organic coconut oil (or avocado oil or clarified butter / ghee)
Instructions
- In a big pan, blanch your onion and garlic in coconut oil, for about 5 minutes.
- Add your organic ground beef and cook it until its pink color almost disappear. Add a bit of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Add your sliced jalapenos peppers (without seeds if you want it less spicy), ginger, cinnamon, coconut aminos and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add your broccoli florets and cover for 3 to 4 minutes, the steam will cook them al dente.
- Serve immediately in nice big bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds (regular or toasted).
- Enjoy your meal and eat like a caveman!
Notes
- Coconut aminos comes from the palm tree sap. It doesn't taste like coconut and it's a nice alternative to regular soy sauce. Soy being one of the top-5 major worldwide GMO cultivation.
